Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

I had high expectations for Dunkin' Donuts, but sadly, it fell short. The coffee lacked flavor, and the service was slow. It was a forgettable experience.

Dunkin' Donuts has become my daily ritual. Their espresso shots are a burst of energy, and the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location's ambiance is the perfect backdrop for catching up on work.

I can't believe I wasted my money at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was watery, and the pastries were stale. I'll be avoiding the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location in the future.
