Staff is friendly and competent, always good to get something to drink and get work done or they provide Wi-Fi, power, and USB ports.

The Dunkin'' Donuts in Malta is a very clean environment. The beverage I had tasted good and was served at the correct temperature. The atmosphere was quiet, offered plenty of seating and seems to attract a nice crowd.

My order is always wrong and I always have a problem ordering with the app, they act like they don't know how it works. But I blame management not the employees, they aren't properly trained,

Even when the line starts to build up on the inside and outside they get going and are quick service. They are very responsive when personally ordering and when you've used the dunkin app!! I run on dunkin.

I came here to get 20 minutes of work done on WiFi with a morning coffee. The WiFi cut out 5 times in 20 minutes.

I don't usually write reviews but had to comment now. I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and the girl working the drive thru was barely audible when confirming my order. At one point I thought she was messing with me because she just blurred her words together. Finally she enunciated her words and got my order right. I got my food and after eating my sloppily put together sandwich I started feeling sick to my stomach. The sandwich did not taste good and I didn't even bother to finish it. The service was really fast though...
