Staff needs to be more out going .. I have seen people Walk out upset . And go somewhere else.

The only Dunkin that is consistently good is Mohawk Ave across from Jumpin Jacks

I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts overall. I find that the service is typically subpar and the drinks are average. This location is no exception. Drive through is slow and the service inside the store is even slower. On the plus side, this is a relatively new location. There is a nice sitting area and a small conference room.

One of the best dunkin donuts I ever been.Bagels are so delicious very hygiene place.I felt like having breakfast at 5 star resort😀

Great Dunkin with a very cozy sitting area. I've come here a few times as a mid-bike-ride stop. Love it!

Honestly I usually have a decent experience here however this last time it was exceedingly difficult to not simply walk out and cancel my order. I counted 5 employees in the store, not including the 1 on his way out as I came in, who loudly proclaimed that he was "glad to get the f*ck out of here".

We then waited in line for 15 minutes while 4 if the 5 employees dedicated their existence solely to the fulfillment of the countless drive thru customer's. We finally ordered and got our drinks only to watch them hand the people behind us in line their food. Oh yes, they forgot to make our sandwiches. 8 minutes later we had our food. As we left I realized they didn't out any splenda in my iced coffee, I asked the woman behind the counter if I could get a couple packs (as this Dunkin donuts doesn't trust it's customers enough to get their own sweeteners) and I was literally ignored. I was so mad I could have spit. Instead I decided to write this review. Next time I'm traveling through Whitney point and need some coffee I think I'll just go to the gas station down the street.
