Two separate visits here to get cold apple cider. Both times they didn't have enough to fill the size cup ordered. The first time, the price was changed to accommodate a downsize. That's fine. Second time, different day, received a half full cup and an explanation that because it was ordered with no ice, it should only be filled to them amount they were able to give (half essentially). The cup actually has a fill line plenty higher than what was received.

After waiting for some time, the teller asked if any one was waiting on me and I said no, she then proceeds to wait on the girl behind me. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional

Great staff that is very friendly but it seems like at least twice a week I get a coffee that is wrong or an order that is wrong.

Stopped in late afternoon and had plenty of fresh donuts available.
