Nice for a quick drink, coffee, donut or bagel. Careful of times you go as the line interrupts traffic on main RD at peak times.

This location the employees seem bothered that we were so picky about the way we wanted our drinks. He forgot to add the whipped topping to one of them.

Worst DD I think I've ever been to. Drive thru is insanely slow. Regionally, people order their coffee different ways ie. Double/Double to the rest of the world is just Cream and Sugar. So if I order my coffee Light and Sweet and you've never heard of that, there is no reason to make me feel stupid for ordering that way. Literally a 3 minute conversation at the window about how she's never heard of light and Sweet, and how many of each do I want. I don't know I just want it LIGHT & SWEET. How hard can that be?!?!?!?!

Great sandwiches coffee and baked goods. Great staff. Wish they hd a bigger parking area and a better drive thru

Used to be a great place, lately with the multiple staff changes this place has went downhill. Every time I go there lately it's been packed inside and out, and almost every time I have to go back because my order is wrong or I'm missing things. Needs some serious retaining of employees especially with attitude.

So, this morning, i went to get a coffee and 5 chocolate donuts I was there at 10:05 and I didn't leave until 10:25 because the cashier did not completely fulfill my order. I got my coffee although she messed it up, but, then I had to wait for about 25 minutes to get the 5 donuts. I wasn't fully focusing my anger at the cashier because obviously she's new but the fact that there was more than 4 peers that could have been helping her. I may not go back.

Daily or at least three times a week I will stop in before work and order the EXACT same two items...and EVERY time one of the two is prepared wrong. I can't deal with it, but the choices in the area are slim pickings. I think this store needs NEW management and NEW employees that understand the English language. Very dissatisfied that I waste my money on this place all the time. :(

Easily the slowest DD I ever have found. I'm talking freakishly slow. Painfully slow. Incomprehensibly slow. And order accuracy is always a roll of the dice.

Never had an order messed up. They can be a little slow. It's hit and miss on timely getting orders out.

Well staffed quick to get your order and a good variety of stuff donuts coffee bagels ect

Horrible coffee! It tasted burnt and watered down, very weak. They did get me through the line very quickly but I would have rather had a higher quality cup of coffee. I won't return.
