Great place for breakfast and coffee. My wife love there vanilla chai, as she is not found of coffee so that's good option for her. Kids always love all types of donuts and cold coffee and cholocat milk. Quick and fast service.

Great place fast friendly and fresh drinks not watered down. You get what you ask for. Always see workers, working. I really like the 2- 11 shift... very nice work crew

Just came through the drive thru today, and the lady taking my order did not let me finish. Just tried to get 2 wraps and 2 coffees, and she gave me my total before the second coffee was even ordered. Then after apologizing and telling her I just had one more drink to add on, she just told me to pull around. When I got to the window, she never added on the second coffee, and when she made it, she took out her anger on the coffee. It came out so gross that I threw it out and went to the Montague Dunkin 2 minutes up the road, where the staff was much nicer and didn’t get mad about a simple coffee order.

I spoke with an employee that was very helpful. They have wifi which is very helpful when you have meetings and you don't live in the area and you don't know anything. At least you have a familiar site or building or name that gives you comfort.

I visit 9+ times per week. Great coffee. My only complaints are the drive-thru clearance is 9 feet and my pickup truck is 9'2" and they occasionally get orders wrong however, that is happening much less frequent than last year.

As always, the best coffee (opinion, of course😁). Small food menu, but good for a coffee shop not pretending to be a restaurant!

Location:

Firstly, the location is convenient because it is located just 1/4 mile from I-84 E/W, BUT good luck trying to get OUT of this parking lot. The local and commuter traffic is awful, and the lot is a few hundred feet from a Fire Dept and traffic light.

Employees:
Most of them do not speak the English language well. There is a huge communication barrier. The staff is not very friendly.

Performance: Dunkin Donuts, in general, is not impressive, because at each individual location, every employee prepares coffee differently. No Dunkin coffee is prepared the same. You could ask for milk in your coffee, and it's mostly milk with a splash of coffee. This location usually does not include napkins in your bag with your food order. They rarely have 2 registers open when it's busy.

Poorly managed location.

Got stuck in line behind a lady doing the order for the whole office. Wish they would have gotten a second register going for everyone who wasn't that one lady but things still moved fairly quickly. Wasn't waiting long.

So, walking in and there was DD staff (2 ladies- brunette and blonde- one with glasses) smoking on bench with another older lady who looked to be a "regular" customer. This bench is maybe 6 paces from the door and a trashcan between the door and bench. Their smoke was blowing directly towards door. Instead of smelling coffee and donuts, my party of 3 smelt cigarettes. Totally awesome.

We order med coffee and small HC with 10 Munchkins. Order is processed and is pretty fast. This is where they get the 2-Star. Unfortunately, the tall male teen with brown hair and glasses, puts my kid's HC in a thin poly paper cups with one of those tight flat lids on it.

THERE ARE TWO PROBLEMS WITH THIS CUP: the amount of HC I paid for and received and the type of cup.

Since this thin, poly-paper cup is an 8 ounce cup and the DD employee added a huge amount of whipped cream, the amount I paid for was approximately 5 maybe 6 oz of HC. I get that my son ordered it and most kids like whipped cream, but the HC is what I am paying for. Had he made it In the Styrofoam cup, added the correct amount of water to HC packet, then topped with whipped cream- this wouldn't be an issue. Had I ordered one, which I usually do, I am wondering if mine would have come put the same. I will NOT BE BACK TO TEST THAT THEORY!

THE CUP ISSUE: Now, we know this isn't going to work..... my kid is almost 12, but even adult coffees don't come in those small a$$ cups with tight flat lids. My husband goes up to the counter knowing I'm already upset over the whole smoking thing, & asks for them to switch out my kid's cup. This teen DD staff asks him "Why?" Excuse me? Oh no, I start walking up there & as my husband sees me coming, politely says to the DD staff "Unless you want to deal with her, I'd just change out my kids cup." His cup was changed out really fast and we left.

Still in a cloud of smoke out the front door, my family leaves to fill up our car with gas and continue our drive home. Work smarter, DD Employees, Not Harder. It is Summer Break, but come on, Really?

Service was great. People and staff friendly. Real popular and busy. But service made it run like clockwork.

Large tea light and sweet : directions TWO TEABAGS CREAM 4 SUGARS!!!!! CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW OFTEN THIS GETS SCREWED UP.

The employees didn't know enough English to understand the words "Turkey sausage", so I had to settle for bacon instead because it was the only description of meat the employee knew. While I was there, a long line of people were speaking nothing but complaints. Someone who had ordered ahead of time for pickup, had to wait longer than we did for their order. Another man complained this was the third time they got his order wrong in a row. I am a huge supporter of welcoming international people into the melting pot that is our nation, but please make sure there is at least one fluent English speaker taking orders when employing people learning the language.

Love dunkin however, this particular one sucks. They have horrible wait time and terrible customer service. Went here once and they got my entire order incorrect and I went in to fix it and they were rude and completely disgusting.
