Dunkin donuts in dannamora is located inside maggys pharmacy. This DD is the best of all the other ones around the plattsburgh area cuz the employees r very polite and respectful. The manager there is an amazing lady and always addresses problems or complaints about any concerns a customer may have at any time. The best part about this particular DD is they pay attention to what I told them which specific stuff I want in my coffee and they r always on target to the taste I desire of the coffee! So just to let all DD customers if u want great customer service, friendly employees and the best coffee of all the DD dannamora is the place you'll get just that without a doubt!😀

Always friendly staff!
Delicious food!
But I think it needs more attention in the eating area. Wash tables, make sure floor is clean.
After all sitting in is part of the experience.

LOVE YOU GUYS! !!I frequently visit this dunkin in skyway plaza every single day. .take Sunday's off however lol. These guys have learned my drink and gotten to no me well. .friendly awesome staff. ..i absolutely adore the manager. They made a mistake one time out of the thousands I've been there and they deff made it right. ..def customer orientated. Awesome place I wouldn't trade them for the world. ...my sons have even learned DUNKIN DONUTS NOW MOMMY lol thank you guys so much

Amazing staff! Super friendly,always have my coffee done quick and correctly. I don't think you could ask for a better experience

Quick and decent staff. As far as the coffee and food, if you've been to one Dunkin Donuts you've been to them all.

Okay Dunkin...only Dunkin I have been to that luke warm coffee.
