Not sure why, but 15 minutes after eating a turkey sandwich from there with a mint hot chocolate, I had a very painful and disgusting intestinal event, the first ever in my life like It. It lasted about 20 minutes and I was over an hour from home. I won't go into detail, but suffice it to say I'll never go back to that store.

This one is a good dunkin, they are very polite and usually very speedy here! Get here early if you want the full menu, they sell out of stuff pretty quick. They sell Keurig here too and regular coffee to brew.

They never fully put the tops on hot drinks. I have spilt my hot drink on me twice now. The dunkin staff in broadalbin, near the round about, needs to learn to properly seal hot drinks.

Going inside thinking it's faster and waiting 20 minutes to get a large black cold brew and a maple bacon sandwich is a little ridiculous courteous staff but just poorly understaffed

Every Dunkin Donuts is slow. It must be something in the training procedures or where priority is given. I wish they could solve that problem.

Went into the store earlier today and was very concerned as well as disappointed about the way the manager was communicating with the employees, in front of customers she called an employee stupid, she was a heavy set very nice young blonde haired girl who waited on me and in no way did I think she was stupid but apparently the rude manager did. I thought the employee was going to cry it was so rude and distasteful of the female manager to act in such a manner. Once she was walking away, the manager, she mumbled something about her daughter being back soon thank god, and the employee who waited on me just shook her head and appoligized for that just happening. If Dunkin condones this sort of behavior I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very poorly operated. The employees are rude. I placed an on the go order through the app for drive thru pick up. Went inside due to a long line at the drive thru. The inside was empty and the girl would not help me because I had selected drive thru pick up. This was all while the "leader" stared on. The order on my app said "ready for pick-up" but since i didnt go thru the drive thru, it wasnt ready.

Employees are very rude. I went through drive thru and she didn't greet me at the window. I ordered a caramel coollatta and it is disgusting. Very bitter, no caramel, no sweetener. They need to be retrained and coached on how to properly take care of customers.
