Definitely a great place to stop for some breakfast and a coffee. They’re usually quick to serve your order and it’s always delicious. They always have new flavors and seasonal drinks keeping it new and changing.

It isn't the cleanest place on the world. One time I walked in there and there was flies on the donuts but the service was really quick.

I like french vanilla, they offer senior discount but you need to ask, and price is good for a DD franchise.

I've never had a problem. They are always busy. My only gripe is that it does not have a drive thru nor the space to put one in.

Received a lukewarm cup of coffee (black). I can't recall the last time any coffee from a Dunkin was anything less than piping hot.

I'm giving dd 4 stars because I usually have an excellent experience there.
Today is not a compliant, more of a suggestion.
When ordering I was rudely cut off to be told no turbo shots "The machine is broken "... what a classic line. Never gets old. Fine. I adjust.
Then I go to pay with Samsung pay, as I always have, surprise, the machine is broken. I went to walk away but luckily a friend behind me paid.
In the interests of customer service, may I suggest a small card on the counter, or register apologizing for the inconvenience if (... is broken) its a small courtesy and would most likely save employees from repeating the same line over and over.

I've been to Dunkin' Donuts in NY NJ PA WV MD VA & TN. This is the worst. It doesn't even taste like Dunkin' Donuts coffee, the watered down weak version. It's terrible !

Small parking lot, but great service, and there's hardly ever a line there.

Soooo slow! No sense of urgency. Line got longer and they moved slower. Terrible service.
