Constantly messing up orders and not giving you what you paid for, sloppy sandwitches. They cant even butter a bagel correctly

I frequent this DD and I'm sorry to say that lately I've been disappointed by a few aspects of the service. First, the lattes are hit or miss. Sometimes the milk is badly burnt, and quite often they are either extremely sweet, or completely bitter. The hash browns are A+, and the iced coffee is always perfect.. I can't complain about that, nor do I want to complain at all.. But this last issue is a deal breaker. The donuts, the namesake of the business, always come FACE DOWN in the bag! I'm a Boston Creme lover, and 9/10 times the donut is face down, stuck like glue, to the bottom of the bag. Pictures below. Is this company policy? Does this prevent the donut from sliding around? Please help!

The staff members are all very pleasant, and I enjoy my visits there. But my donut-ire boils over when I reach into that donut bag..

This is a good place to eat on the go but I would not recommend eating this everyday they have really sugary donuts. The place is not that clean though.

It's fast food. The Donuts arent great, the employees visibly hate their jobs, and the coffee sucks in comparison to Starbucks. But if you need something in a pinch, I guess it works.

Their hours specifically specify that their open on Saturday from 5am - 11pm and I was very much looking forward to having an ice coffee but when I got there they were closed and it was 9:50pm.... The doors were locked, the drive thru blocked off by an employees car, workers clearly inside and noticeably standing around and goofing off.... Very disappointed and upset!

Not my fave coffee but it's good. Easy in and out. Friendly staff. Need to work on attention to detail.

Staff is friendly, but orders are often incorrect.

Nice Dunkin Donuts location. Fairly new and kept clean.

This is a typical Dunkin. Staff is generally good to customers they are clearly overworked though. Access to this location is poor, and drive through gets clear priority. Don't be lazy...get out of your cars!
