4 stars this time they finally got an order correct I'm sooooo surprised I only had to have my husband with me or maybe because they got new staff

I went to buy coffee which was on sale 4 for $ 19.95 or 98, but under $20. There were 6 packages of dark roast on the shelf. When I went to pay, they insisted I could have 4 for the under $20 price, but that I had to pay $8.99 per bag for the additional 2 bags. Any other place would have charged me the sale price x 6 bags. Since many people don't do math in their heads, Dunkin Donuts is taking gross advantage of the public. BEWARE!!

a friendly staff and good service. always get my drink in a few minutes. usually short on staff tho.

I go and order a "Hot" decaf coffee, she hands me a cold cup of coffee, past the fresh time. Then I ask that they please stir my lg. hot coffee, yes is the reply. Guess what, "Not". It's not the first time this has happened here and now it won't happen again. Bye Bye dd on dix ave.

Every time i go here theres bad service and they never have what im asking for, and machines are always down. Poor service!!

Love there coffee it's my go to coffee, they have great Wake Up Wraps also !!!

I ordered a carmal swirl iced with one sugar. The woman made it in two seconds and I watched her dump a stupid amount of sugar in regular coffee with no carmal and charged me for a carnal swirl. I've gotten frozen food here before and have received completely wrong orderes or missing items I've still been charged for.

The only reason i like this spot is because it's close to home, however they never seem to get my order right and they never have white cheddar bagels.

I don't give too much of a crap about their coffee.
However, their bagels and doughnuts are where it's at. I also like their Orange Vanilla Bean Coolata. Thanks guys.
