The employees were busy talking with friends. Took far to long for them to take our order (5 minutes and no one was in front of us). Our bagels were squished, somehow, and formed warped triangles. YES, they taste the same but the excuse was "they are too soft" I assure you, they were more chewy than soft

This one was nice first time and last time was visiting the area so I haven't been back.

Nice NEW store, clean, never enough people behind the counter to serve customer's, Saturday morning, only two servers ?? No drive thru, long waits

Very, very, VERY slow service. Had to wait almost half an hour for 2 customers in front of me.
The food is ok, a lot of seated places inside.

Nice place and setting- good and convenient location. The only slight issue is the wait time- and seems like they are under staffed especially for the morning rush.

This was my favorite morning pitt stop until I found out my favorite associate Latasha was let go. I still go but it's not the same. Service is good but you lost a great employee

Sorry to say that my experience at DD yesterday morning was not good. Service was very slow and server handed me the wrong coffee. In addition I ordered buttered cinnamon raisin bagel. I explicitly said I do not want margarine but when I got my bagel it was very sloppy with a large glob of margarine protruding out of the whole. I asked to speak to the manager and informed of my dissatisfaction. She apologized and asked if she could get me a free donut. I declined as I was upset as I reflected on the week of service as I usually go to DD 4-5 times a week. I m not sure what's going on but the servers seem care free and not focused. I decided to go to MC Donald's this morning. I will have to think very hard about returning to DD any time soon.

This Dunkin Donuts is on top of there game. The service is usually fast. The employees are very respectful and courteous. They keep it super clean and is a nice place to hang out and go on your laptop, tablet, read a book, even meet up with your significant other for a cup of Joe! Highly recommend this Dunkin over the others in Newburgh.
