Went to this Dunkin Donuts a while ago and the manager was talking disrespectfully about one of her employees to all of the employees there! That isn't professional and she should be fired!

To be honest it's hit or miss here. Some days the service is spot on, others not so much. Staff is friendly. Prices are normal for Dunkin Donuts.

Service is terrible. Parking lot is just as bad. Management needs to work on this place.

Standard Dunkin! Prefer McDonald's coffee for the price. The donuts are always good.

Fast service but they never get your order right and twice I've gotten cold coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts at 3 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522, USA is a coffee shop that knows how to elevate your coffee experience. The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. Their signature cappuccino was a work of art, with perfectly frothed milk and a rich, smooth espresso base. The café's cozy seating and friendly baristas create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor a great cup of coffee. It's a coffee haven that I'll be returning to without a doubt.

I had an unfortunate experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. It didn't meet my expectations.
