Employees unaware that the phone needs to be picked up... 4 calls NO ANSWER.

I ordered a chocolate croissant and it was practically a hockey puck. Truly hard as a rock. I pointed it out to an employee and I did get a refund, but they didn't bother to throw the rest of them on display away. The next poor sap is going to go through the same thing. Everything else we ordered was okay.

Worst service ever girl on drive thru sounded like she couldn't be bothèred, drive up to window kid tells me wait in back we have a timer then girl comes out with drinks in her hand I said you don't put them in bag she acted like that was foreign concept, never again

Staff is not very friendly, long wait at the counter because they had all 4-5 employees serving the drive thru and ignoring in house customers. They also got my order wrong and did not toast my bagel.

Another typical Dunkin Donuts, it's hit or miss with the service and the consistency of your lattes.

Staff are all very nice, but site has no ac gets really hot when sun comes in, also nowhere but the drinks fridge to plug in your device so you have to sit next to it and listen to compressor. So stick with the drive through.

Always quick and efficient. They never make mistakes with my order and the lines are never too long.

Very clean location, there was more then enough staff but while I was at the counter waiting everyone took turns looking and not helping. For a DD I couldn't understand as there is always someone asking if you need help. Finally I asked a general question of is anyone working the register and everyone looked at everyone else before some resembling a supervisor or shift manager came to help. After they the supervisor was very helpful and friendly and took his time to assist with my very simple order. I would say customer service was lacking for that evening shift of staff.

I can't stop raving about Dunkin' Donuts! The cortado was a revelation, and the cozy seating made it the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's a hidden haven for coffee lovers like me.
