Good location and store is clean. My one drink which was a regular hot coffee took way to long. Store was not even busy, don’t want I imagine how it would of been while busy times.

Food was pretty good. Service ok, Customer service not great. Needs more training. Coffee drinks not made well. They don't mix the drinks well.

It's 8 pm there is only one server working I waited almost am hour for a coffee it's really pathetic. You guys make so much money you should put more workers.

Very dissatisfied... Coffee was tasted watered down and they didn't add flavor as I ordered.

Food is fine but you have to repeat your order a million times and hope for the best.

Very rude customer service. I called and asked a question about gift cards. Before confirming what was said, the person on the other end hung up the phone. A couple of times when I went in this past year, the cashiers felt annoyed when I tried order something. This is the only Dunkin Donuts location that has treated me poorly. I am just going to go to another location or go to one of many local cafes in the area that know how to treat people right. I will never step in that location again and encourage others to go to another location. Eventually, with poor sales, hopefully, they will come under new management.

Friendly servers, fast, and just got an interior remodel, so it looks great inside! One of my favorite Dunkins in Rockland

The place isn't clean. And watch your receipts because you may be charged different prices for the same items. Most of the servers are friendly. And I agree they messed up my order a lot. Sometimes my coffee tastes like it's made with bad water.
