The staff here is GREAT. Yes, I am a regular customer because their items are fresh and exactly what I expect when purchasing. The staff knows and remembers my preferences - makes my visit faster for me and those on line behind me.

They had fast service it was clean, the donuts had to be the best dunkins donuts we have ever had. Very fresh super soft just perfect. Only reason for the four stars was they didn't have the monster drink

lakima team leader great cashier!! went in stress came out with a smile with my coffee and chocolate sprinkle donut!!!! Her smile and the way she greets customers is amazing🤗

Should only be 1/2 star!!!
Got there at 9pm. They said they close at 10. The worker said he couldn't make anything with espresso b/c the machine was clean!!! And no Hot chocolate either!!!!
OK but you're open til 10? And it's 9? Response was "So"
Honestly an hour. If it was 945 I could see. Or even 930. I'd still be upset but wouldn't write a review. (My ex gf had a 930 issue 2 or 3 years ago/she wouldn't let me ever stop at this store. Thought she was extreme but now I understand.)
I won't ever go back. No big deal to DnD or probably not even to the franchise owner but it is to me. (I might even call ex and let her tell me "I told you so!!!" In that annoying, nagging voice!!!
That dude sucked!!
FYI Starbucks was open, packed with people and still serving the full menu!!

Worst service I ever received at a DD. I get to the register. I ordered a large coffee with almond milk and I look and see the trays full of donuts and several different muffins. I asked for a Bran raisin muffin with my coffee. To my disbelieve the young lady behind the register tells me she can't sell me anything on display. I asked her why, she tells me they are going to be selling tomorrow. So I tell her, you know its just a bran muffin and you have more then 12 in the tray. She repeated " They are not for sell." I said thank you and left the store.
I don't think I will ever step in that DD again. Hey maybe they did me a favor.

Brutal brutal brutal service. Finally fed up enough with this place to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Do not go here it's the worst.

Dunkin' Donuts at 176 N Bedford Rd, Mt Kisco, NY 10549, USA is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, and the flat white is perfection. It's my daily ritual.
