They never have enough people working at the counter. seems to be one person working at the window and nobody at the counter and 2 or 3 people sitting in the back
Our experience was ok today but unfortunately many people get frustrated when no one comes to counter and walk out. 2 did tonight

Took forever for someone to come to the counter to take our order. Woman was very rude. Very limited donut selection. Took my breakfast sandwich home to eat, only to find that it was not correct, and the bacon was completely black. Would not recommend this location.

This is the worst DD I have ever been to. They took 15 min to give me the wrong food!!! I am never going back to this extremely slow DD if people run on dunkin we would all be crawling after this place! Very very unhappy!

I enjoy coming here...however, you guys are so busy with your tasks that you miss hearing when a customer walks in .🙂

We were the only car in the drive thru and it took forever. At the window we had to keep reminding them what we ordered. When we finally got our food, it was wrong. Not sure if the entire staff is new or just incompetent.

Attention to detail is lacking. I love you guys but you really need to step it up when it comes to service. If I'm paying extra for cream cheese, I should be getting it!

The manager here is very rude, never had such bad costumer service in my life. The website and signs say they close at 10:00 pm but apparently they close when they want sometime and forget to turn the open sign off. Worst place ever!

I am a DD fan and was excited when this location opened as it is close to my house. However, since opening it has been disappointing in terms of service and preparation of product. Breakfast sandwiches are sloppily assembled, flavored iced coffee drinks are not mixed. This morning I tried them yet again and despite saying "no" to hashbrowns I was charged and given them anyway. Also, my flatbread sandwich on first bite had a foot long brown hair in it. I'm done.
