They gave our food to somebody else, then gave me a cold sandwich. When I complained they said they would make me a new sandwich. When I got it, it had bacon and not ham, like I ordered.

10 minutes for The drive thru..I always end up leaving the line. Not worth it

I ordered 2 toasted bagels with extra cream cheese and they weren't toasted and they didn't have extra cream cheese then I also got a large french vanilla cappuccino and there was only half a cup of coffee

In general I didn't have a problem with this Dunkin until today. We went through the drive thru and tried ordering one sandwich off the menu, the didn't have it. Then tried another sandwich that was also some out (and that was a common sandwich). Tried ordering another sandwich and we got the last one.
Really?? This was 5pm on a Friday. What are they going to serve the rest of the day? Just coffee?
I also asked for them to be meals, the hash browns to be included, but we didn't get them at all. No idea if I was charged or not since I never got my receipt.
Very disappointed. At least with this Dunkin.

My staff at DD know my voice on the speaker. Med coffee, 10 shots of sf blueberry, 6 shots of both sf carmel and french vanilla. 3 Spenda, 2 cream. I call it...blueberry muffin in a cup. Yummy. Great staff every day. Always smiling.

Stop everyday when i work in syracuse almost 80% of the time order is incorrect. This morning i ordered a large, got to the window paid for the large then was given a medium 16oz, asked the guy at the window "is this a large?" Looks me right in the eye and says "yes it is" and closes the window in my face. Problem is i order a large 20OZ EVERYDAY! SO SICK OF GETTING SCREWED BY THIS DUNKIN.

Mistakes r bound to happen on the job... i mean slavery is over... theres a way we have to speak with costomers... that goes both ways
