Very unprofessional. They rush you from order until you recieve your items... I dont know how there still open

My favorite Dunkin! The know their customers, sometimes my coffee is already made when I walk in the door, thanks to my favorite staff anywhere!!

on Aug 3rd i walked into this restaurant to find no one at the counter to take my order. Then this girl walks up behind the counter and asks "yeah, what did you want" with a very nasty attitude. My first response was huh? did she think I already ordered? so I explained that I had just walked up and hadn't ordered yet. Her nasty response was, "yea I know"! I then stated that "her rudeness had me speechless", another young woman walked up, who the first snarled at. I spoke to the second gal ordering a tuna croissant and coffee. the first says, her register doesn't work, and punched in my order and went to prepare it. Needless to say I threw it out, not knowing if the first young "lady" spit on my food. I can not believe the rudeness. as a side note, I have called the store only to find there is no manager on site.

Dunkin is always consistent wherever you are but this one has very fast and friendly service.

The coffee at Dunkin' Donuts was heavenly! The baristas really know their stuff, and the 255 Meadow Dr, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe. I'll be coming back for more.

Dunkin' Donuts is a hidden gem in 255 Meadow Dr, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, USA. The cappuccino was a work of art, with a perfect balance of espresso and frothy milk. The cozy corner by the window became my go-to spot for reflection.
