Great service! Could use a larger location. We love our coffee here in New York. Parking is tight. Overall great coffee and service!

Way too small of a space for the volume of people it serves. Staff more times than not, doesn't pay attention to the order screen when making sandwiches which causes them to be remade. High management should really review the inefficiencies in this store and correct. It would result in a much better customer experience.

Staff was very nice, helpful when I was using 2 coupons, explained that he had to ring the orders separately to apply coupons.

Service as always fast and friendly, although the building is a bit cramped. Wouldn't recommend going there for anything you don't plan on taking with you because there's maybe three tables and if there are any customers there buying things they'll be right next to your table when they're on the line or waiting for their order.
