Mary is the best morning person, she always knows what I want and has it ready and always hot! I have seen where she has been left alone because no-one showed up for work and did a fabulous job. I'm referring to the violet avenue location, so if you're in the area, I think they're great!

This is not a good Dunkin’ location. I understand that this is a fast food chain, and am not above their service at any other location. This Dunkin’ Donuts in particular is subpar. When I order only drinks here they rarely give the order subtotal at the drive through speaker, and often get the order mixed up. On a recent visit we ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were not only incorrect but also cold and stale. I’m not expecting gourmet or perfection, but when the quality and service dips far below what is already a mediocre fast food experience on a good day, people should know. Would not recommend. Avoid!

Close to everything in the heart of Highland. It is attached to a Sunoco Station and has a drive thru which makes it ultra convenient. You can pay with your phone from the app.

The updated look make ordering a little faster however they still don't get the order or pricing correct.

Stop by for coffee, it is part of a gas station and convenient store. Good size open area and service was good.

I was craving a good cup of joe, so I headed to Dunkin' Donuts at 3600 Us Highway 9w, Highland, NY 12528, USA. Their vanilla latte was like a sweet, caffeinated hug. The café had this cozy, rustic charm with wooden tables and comfy chairs. It's the kind of place you could spend hours in.
