It's hit or miss with this place, sometimes the coffee comes out great, other times you tell them not too much caramel and you're drinking a candy bar.

worst location on the island. horrible service and horrible cooking skills. thanks for the cold disgusting sandwhich really appreciate it. hire some new people and learn how to run a business

This location sucks. Your order takes forever. The staff seems stupid and uneducated. Lady who took my order was on her phone. I.orderd a large I was given a small. She told me that's what I said. Wrong! Maybe you should be texting while ringing up customers. Duh! And the AA lady making the coffee doesn't know anything about making coffee. She had to remake my coffee and anothor customer.

Im just going to say this one thing. I asked the lady for ketchup and she turns toward me with a handful from behind the counter and asks if I could put the rest over there with (of course) a terrible attitude. Avoid this stop if you can. That was just one thing out of 10 that happened in my 10 minutes of ordering, waiting, and eating.

I got a Large ice Macchiato today and this Dunkin donut located on Wheeler road Central islip but on the to go order, it says it's in hauppauge for those of you who might be deceived. They gave me basically a cup filled with milk, ice, and Carmel WITHOUT COFFEE. I have known about this place which is really close to where I live because I've gone there twice and had a bad experience with the service. It's really bad when a place gives you bad service which is more so the product and it's the closest from your area and you have to travel far to get a better service and product. THIS DUNKIN DONUT LOCATION DESERVE A "NO STAR" if you ask me. I'm highly upset with this place. No MORE going to this site. 🙅🏽🙅🏽🙅🏽

Very slow service. 5 Vanilla Chai and one Coffee took about 15 mins and it wasnt crowded.

Here all the time before work. Seem like great happy people working together, but minimal competence is noted. Nothing really terrible, but you'd figure after the time spent working there, they would know the proper procedure to do things. Either it's too early for some of them or they don't make enough money to care. Could definitely be better.

Their delivery and showcase needs improvement.

I go every week food and people who work there very good
