This place is a hit or miss to be honest and twice already my order was messed up. The staff are nice but there is communication issues I believe. Also the pictures of "inside" are not from this DD so don't to be mislead. These pictures are from the DD inside the mall not this location. People need to start learning how to post pictures correctly.

Dunkin' Donuts is my coffee haven! The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 2795 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA location makes it an ideal spot for unwinding. I could spend hours there.

I expected more from Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were stale. I won't be back anytime soon.

I couldn't resist trying out Dunkin' Donuts on my vacation to 2795 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA, and it exceeded my expectations. The espresso was rich and flavorful, and the latte art was Instagram-worthy. What a find!
