I love Dunkin Donuts, but this particular location is terrible. They are consistently out of nearly everything on their menu (including coffee and donuts). About 75% of the time, something in my order will be wrong. Be careful when using the drive thru, there is generally a huge pothole that will someday do a lot of damage to a car. They have tried to fix it, but it keeps opening back up.

They run out of caramel, cream, skim milk, french vanilla all in one day. At least once a week they run out of caramel. Who is going to reimburse me for the gas money i spend to drive there? The coffee is good when they have what they need to make it. Although it’s starting to get rediculous.

This place pisses me off to no end ! . first of all how the hell?why the hell do u keep ruuning out of caramel? Who is in charge of ordering? Bc i gotta tell you .you should NEVER run out. maybe 1 time 2 tops but when u see tht its best seller. simply order more ! this is like the 12th time tht they said they're out ! 12 ! Ive never heard of this before at any other dunkin or establishment. NO EXCUSE FOR IT. And now they say they're out yet again but the truck is there ! I waited over hour last week for them to grab off truck which is ridiculous! It should take a few minutes to get it off truck. I have unloaded trucks in retail and grocery my entire life so no excuse for this. Ive had to make so many trips bc they're out. I mean really. ? You can't do any better than this? Dont get me wrong. They're a couple ppl there tht provide excellent service but not all of them and they keep running out of product. Not good .

This is the best Dunkin Donuts ever. I stopped for a break during a long drive, and they had a lovely sitting area. It was clean and tidy. The coffee was good but the service was even better. I think the guy working was CJ; he was very patient and cheerful while my toddler picked her donut, and he smiled the whole time. I’ll stop at this Dunkin every time I come down 86 now.

Service was fast but we but didn't get exactly what we ordered. Ordered salted caramel hot chocolate and got peppermint. Ordered large hot vanilla macchiato. Cup was barely half full and only slight warm, not hot. Donuts and bagel was as ordered and very good.

I stop in occasionally to buy a sandwich and today the drive thru window person had untied work boots and his pants where half down his butt showing his underwear, I will not be back. I certainly do not need to see this any time from any fast food restaurant. I have owned businesses for 20 years and I have yet have an employee come to work in front of public and dress like this.

Last week I paid $3.82 for a sausage, egg, and cheese on a wheat bagel and today they wanted to charge me $3.93. When I questioned it, the lady was extremely rude and told me that when you ask for butter it's $.25 more and that she was just doing her job. I don't know where she went to school, but $3.93 - $3.82 = $.11, not $.25. I will never return there and apparently should have read the reviews first.

Seems like the night crew has forgotten how to clean. Furniture, floors and windows are disgusting. I'm a regular customer and now feel I don't want to sit in there.

Walked in to a line almost out the door with nobody being helped because all the workers were yelling at each other. Watched an employee (Alex) walk up to the register with a stack of coffee filters on top of his head. Then he proceeded to prepare the coffee grounds into the filter that was just touching his hair at the counter where people were trying to order. I feel bad for the next 30 people who order coffee because that was clearly a health hazard. I had to wait for him to take my order while he was talking in accents with his friends. There was clearly a new worker there who was more professional than anyone else I witnessed. Terrible customer service and I was so nauseated by the whole thing I didn't even want to eat what I had ordered.

They were rude. And poorly communicated in the drive through. Our drinks were poorly made and very messy. We waited for 15 minutes and there was no one ahead of us or behind us. Absolutely devastating since Dunkin is my favorite. There won't be a next time here.
