My favorite Dunkin donuts stop. Always fast and friendly. Have never received a bad cup of coffee here, no matter what time of day.

Of the 3 Dunkin' Donuts in Amsterdam, the one by the Thruway entrance is my favorite. They are fast and friendly and they get the orders right!

Customer service is "Horrible". Would Not Recommend this place to Anyone I know!

This place needs doors over their donuts and bagles, place has flies everywhere and everytime im inside i see them crawling all over the donuts and food they serve to their customers.. it's disgusting, they actually sell people this food... sick
