In Line at 5:55, 3 people in front of me, I was told that they were not going to be able to take my order since they close at 6. All I needed was a basic cup of coffe before driving back hine for a few hours. The guy did not care at all. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Very unsatisfied. I had ordered a glazed donut and a medium caramel latte. The guy at the cashier was extremely nice. When given my latte, the lady was very unkind. I took my latte and it felt light, so i had looked in it to see the cup half full. I informed the cashier as he wondered why i was standing in the line again. The same lady that first made it was standing next to him and was very mean about it. She grabbed the cup out of my hands and looked in it. She then begin remaking it. I understand that it may take a little while but after 5 minutes i was still standing there. When given my latte i had thanked the girl because she remade it, when i thanked her she was very rude and said "ya". Will not be going back there if this is how things are done

Decent donuts and survivable coffee this place is OK if you are already there, but it's not worth a trip all the way across the mall to get it.

It was my first trip to Destiny and we arrived before the stores opened. Stopped at Dunkin for some breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they sell cold brew coffee - so refreshing on a hot day. My boyfriend spilled most of the coffee immediately upon receiving it. One of the Dunkin's employees noticed and, without prompting, made us a new one!
The pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious.

So, I hit up Dunkin' Donuts at 9520 Carousel Center, Syracuse, NY 13290, USA, and I gotta say, their iced mocha is the stuff of dreams. It was like coffee and dessert in one cup. The place had a cozy feel with bookshelves and board games—perfect for a lazy afternoon.

Dunkin' Donuts is a coffee lover's dream. The beans are sourced from exotic locales, and the result is a truly exceptional cup of coffee. The friendly baristas are always eager to share their knowledge.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts with high expectations, but the coffee at 9520 Carousel Center, Syracuse, NY 13290, USA left much to be desired. It was weak and lacked flavor. I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It lacked the boldness and complexity I look for in a good cup of coffee.
