Very friendly service,accurate SPEEDY, GILLETTE Rd dunkin store are slow rude and almost always get the coffee wrong. PLEASE SEND THEM HERE TO BE TRAINED TO DO A BETTER JOB!!!!

Usually a great experience, but not today. Having only one person on drivethru who makes each patron wait 2 mins so they can nake drinks is unacceptable, especially during the sunday morning rush. 5 people working when it is usually 8 to 10? This location has been getting sloppier and sloppier as the weeks have gone on. We ordered 2 iced caramel macchiatos and essentially got milk and caramel syrup plus ice to the tune of $9. This place needs to get its act together like it did 3 weeks ago.
