Food and drinks are overpriced, staff is painfully slow. Sandwiches taste bland and are cool inside. Not typical of this location but my last and final order there I found multiple hairs inside my food, disgusting.

Great, fast service. Girl who served me was very pleasant and suggestful that I bought two things I never heard of, let alone tried...

Was a regular customer here when I lived in the area. It was always pretty busy, but the staff handled everything in a professional timely matter. Employees are also incredibly friendly. In my opinion, this is the best Dunkin I've ever been to.

Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and had to drive off because I was still waiting!

I pulled up to the speaker only to find a sign taped to it saying, "Out of order pull up to the window." As I drive around the corner I see someone at the window who then preceded to walk away as I rolled up to the window. A moment later another employee walked right past the window trying to get her headset to work. When she couldn't she walked up to the window only to read a sign on the wall right below, still ignoring me. I drive off to go my bank and on the way back through I now see THREE vehicles at the window being served. I pull into the parking lot and walk inside. As I stood at the counter another employee walks past me as he is filling the donut rack being ignored yet again. Finally I get fed up and walk out wondering how someone deserves $15 an hour working fast food.
