I did not appreciate the service here. The workers kept making my coffee wrong and I had to keep coming back in for them to fix it. Excessive amounts of cream were put into the coffee making it look like a milkshake and the coffee was dark roast. The facility looked unkept. The workers were very nonchalant about how they made my beverages. Please retrain the employees of this establishment and sanitize everything.

I received poor service by one of the employees at this Dunkin' Donuts. First off, she was having a conversation with someone when I walked in. Even though the place wasn't very busy at the time I went there, there are customers who should not have to wait just because someone at the register wanted to talk to their friend. The customer should come first. This worker also dropped the box of donuts on the counter and I can tell that was intentional. Some people just do NOT belong in customer service and this particular worker is one of them. Overall, the food and beverages are fine but the customer service can definitely improve.

Dunkin Donuts is what it is, but if you're looking for a breakfast sandwich, just go next door to Thruway Deli.

This place just went through a major staff turnover as of August 2016. I just waited 15 minutes for a coffee with nobody in front of me… Until they get their act together, I would suggest using the one across the street and down the road a bit.

The night crew sucks ! I love the morning shift they are very friendly and fast! The two guys at night are very rude and disrespectful they don't make your order right also they won't change your order horrible !

This Dunkin' Donuts is always on post. The staff is friendly, the drinks are served fast and hot (unless you get iced). There's a lot of traffic but the line is never too long. It's conveniently located right off the NYS Thruway and Route 59.
