I came in here for breakfast and was charged 8$ for a wrap with one egg and cheese ( no meat). I than asked the woman at the register why it was not 5$ as their price list indicates. She than said the additional charge was for tax. Okay, this is when i knew she was an idiot - 3$ for tax?! She called someone over who told me all wraps are 8$, the sandwiches are 5$. I dont know what the difference is exactly but whatever. I told them to just bag my items and i was leaving. As i am taking my bag, the woman mumbles "shut up". What kind of customer service is this? Who talks to their customers like that even when she has a long line of other customers watching. I will never ever step foot in this rip off disgusting place. There are so many other shops in airport to get items. That woman should be working in the back and not interacting with people her attitude was awful!

My recent visit to Euro Café was rather disappointing. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the Terminal 8, Jamaica, NY 11430, USA location left much to be desired. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
