Went there yesterday for sandwiches for myself and my daughter. Woman behind the counter wrote down my order answered the phone, wrote the order with a pen from the rice filled pen holder near the register, put the pen back, touched the dirty looking tape dispenser to get tape for the orders she took, all with plastic gloves on, then proceeded to make my sandwiches with those same gloves on. I felt sick to my stomach just seeing this, so I spoke up and called attention to what she had just done. They seemed really annoyed that I said something, no I'm sorry, no explanation. She changed her gloves reluctantly, but still gave me the same to go container and pickles she grabbed with both hands. Maybe this is just how they handle food, but in my opinion the Health Department should make a visit to this place. If they don't care what you see, makes you wonder about the food they make that you don't see. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Great service great food. Reuben and Turkey bacon swiss are my favorite. Bagels are awesome.

Great, friendly place. Friendly staff and nice extras (free bagel thins that were a hit with the toddler)

Depends on the day and waitstaff. Somedays are fantastic, other days youll get a bagel with a tub of cream cheese. Yikes. The prices are crazy. $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. Your best off getting bagels to and make them yourself.

Great bakery with great staff.. always busy. Always fast and friendly service. Fresh baked goods, sandwiches, bread, lunch, soup, salad and dinners. Great coffee too and not over priced.

Never been to this business until last week and I saw the same rudeness as others have. After waiting several minutes, two women come out of the back, one asked me what I wanted then goes into a conversation with the other and forgets my order (just a bagel w/ cream cheese) so I have to repeat it to her again.. Different woman cashes me out and doesn't even say anything but my total. After giving me change and just turns and heads to the back ( a thank you would of been nice).

Went in this morning and the same one that cashed me out before waits on me and then picks up my bagel without any gloves on! WTH...there won't be a 3rd incident because I am not going back.

I love this little bakery especially on the weekends, when they have there full breakfast dinner it's great breakfast! I can agree with the other reviewers about the staff being hit or miss. I've been going there for years and I've seen some of same ladies. I've noticed 2 of my favorite aren't there anymore:( I have however noticed a decline in customer service and I know food business can be a struggle but lately it's almost a consistency in having no sense of ability to treat a customer with kindness,respect or in any cordially like manner. Like I've said love food and I think only reason I go back is because there is still a couple nice ones, there's the little girl that I always see, she's the sweetest thing always remembers my order on cue, very pretty, and another one with dark hair who is outgoing.Regardless good food.
