Ordered three donuts, paid for three, and was given two. The donuts are good, but the staff is rude and incompetent. I made a special trip from lower Manhattan as a surprise for my boyfriend who loves these and can't find them anywhere downtown. It cost me $5.50 in subway fare and about an hour of my time, only to come home and realize I was shorted one donut!

Love Krispy Kreme! Especially the Pumpkin Spice Donut. Tastes great alot of variety.

Always can expect quick service (unless they are doing a free donut promotion.)

Solid glazed donuts! If you grew up with Krispy Kreme, these donuts are the sentimental childhood good. The glazed donuts are really light and not overly sweet. I can have multiple donuts in one sitting. The other flavors are just okay. And some are just too sweet. A drawback of this location is the staff and efficiency. You get a mixed batch of experiences with the staff because some are friendly but some are just plain rude. The ordering and line is also set up inefficiently and it takes you ages just to order and pay.

Very good, very sweet and sugary donuts. I wish they had more variety of flavors. I heard southern U.S. states have much more variety. Themed donuts for holidays are fun and tasty.

This place is one and only KK in entire New York. Service is not bad. Doughnuts other than original glazed are overly sweet but I guess people prefer that way...

Great donuts! Once you try then u never go back to any other brand. My favorite donut is the raspberrie fild! A most try!😍😍

If you never had it, try to! This location is not the best but if you want a quick sweet snack then this is the place. Only con is that this is technically underground but other than that, sweet choice.

They don't have the fryer so you never get the hot and soft signature donuts.

We tried the two limited edition donuts with Ghirardelli chocolate. The Caramel one has an extreme amount of filling, which is great, but for me it was overly sweet. The Mint one was way better, very delicious, not that sweet, light filling. I adore the lot of mini choc chips in the top of the donuts! Also, the staff is very kind and polite. Each donut was 1.99 which is a great deal for me. Would go back for the Mint one! :)

The glazed donuts--their most famous donut--are great if you get them fresh. I mean, they just are. Tender, juicy, delicious and oh-so-bad-for-you-but-who-cares? This isn't just hype or good marketing. They have a lock on this donut.

The rest of the menu, though? Nope. Their other donut varieties are just OK. No need to go here to get them.

If you want the glazed, this is the place. Otherwise, find a better donut shop nearby.

Oh, and the price is kind of silly high at this location, but hey, it's NYC.

Always passed by this donut shop and never when in but a friend decided we have to try it so we did. Donuts are very sweet but so good, donuts here better then dunkin donut. The coffee is really good too. Staffs are friendly and nice. Overall if in the area I go back.

Doughnuts are still melt in your mouth delicious. They were soft and fresh, I went just after the lunch rush. Staff just there to do their job. I will relate their nonchalant attitudes to the location of this Krispy Kreme. Really happy to have them back in N.Y.

I stop here in 3 times out the week coming from NJ to work, I have never seen such disrespect, the workers talk to the costumers like kids and so rude for no reason at all. they pick up your donut with their hands no gloves, they talk to you any way the feel. I had an incidence with one of the worker and when I told the Manager he called the young lady from behind the counter she told him about himself and told him she don't want to hear it. someone need to do something about this, these workers are so disrespectful and rude.....no one should be treated like this. i really did not want to give it a Star but i had to in order to post my review
