This place has gone so far down hill over the last few months! This used to be the best McDonald's around.. now, not so much.. every time you place an order something is always messed up

Typical McDonald's fare. Side salad was less than stellar. Sandwiches were fine. Good service and seating.

I have read a few of the other reviews of the this McDonald's and would have to disagree. Let me start by saying that am basing this review upon comparison to other McDonald's that I have been to, let's face it and say it would not be fare to compare a fast food restaurant with any other type of restaurant. I have been to this restaurant many times and this is a compiled opinion. The staff is slow. You are going to wait for your food wether they are busy or if you are the only one there. I have seen food that was made for my order set for minutes before being brought to the pass. They seam to be unorganized in the way they prioritize orders. I have seen my order wait on the warmer while food that was prepared after mine was sent out of the drive thru. The tables where dirty on my last visit. I went with my third choice of seating since the first two were dirty. The men's room urinal has been out of order on more than one of my visits to this store. The restroom was also not to clean, not only was it lacking cleaning but also in need of maintenance. Throughout the seating area there were lights that needed replacing, some were blinking and others not at all. The food is average for a McDonald's. My overall opinion is that this store is in desperate need of better management and staff training.

Great food
Clean bathrooms. Decent service not much for you need to ask for only the drive thru is a little slow but it's no big deal

The food was McDonald's. So that aside the 5* is for the staff. They greeted us when we came in. I find that rare in this industry. They were very patient with my family who just stepped off the thur-way. We had two loud kids. Just amazing service

Great coffee, friendly staff! Pricing is sometimes a little high compared to other McDonalds.

Clean tables and bathrooms inside. The cashiers and staff are friendly and efficient. Food is the best you can hope for stopping at a drive thru.

I had high expectations for Mcdonald'S, but it fell short. The coffee was disappointingly bitter, and the slow service at the 22 Dutchtown Plz, Palatine Bridge, NY 13428, USA location left me frustrated. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another visit.
