Let me just say that If your expecting great service that's just what you'll get. The employees don't waist your time on their phones but instead actually make the food. The drive through isn't the fastest but unless you are a procrastinating college student with a paper due in a half hour, and somehow thought it wise to pick up some food, it will not matter. Also if there is a problem with the food they don't act like you've attacked them to ask for a replacement, they're chill.

I'm sorry but I came here this morning and seen this and it's been that way for hours. That's disgusting. Someone could at least clean it up or tape the stall off. Something!! But nah they leave it that way so when someone gets their food uses the bathroom real quick they loose their appetite👍

Wow! I'm passing through on my way to Erie. I decided to stop in this McDonald's for a quick bite to eat. The staff was friendly, the food tasted fresh, and best of all... An older gentleman working here came over and saw I didn't have a drink, and offered to get me a cup of ice water. Wow! That is a first for me at any fast food restaurant.

I asked for nuggets off fryer which takes 2 min 30 sec. Manager on duty questioned cashier if customer really wanted fresh. Was told yes. Manager rolled eyes and then 30 secs later I'm served nuggets that had been put back in and reheated. Thought McDonald's was a have it your way place. Then when we received our food it was thrown at us and we weren't even told have nice day like everyone else. Last time I ever go to a McDonald's. I'll keep my business at Burger king or even dollar general

I would rather eat at this McDonalds then the one that's 5 minutes from my house because the McDonalds in Cuba N.Y. has great customer service

Way overpriced. Most expensive McDonalds we have ever eaten at. Cold sitting in this restaurant. Food got cold before you could eat it because it was so cold

Right near the entrance to the thruway, young crew. Good place for morning coffee or a late night date. Polite service.

Seriously crap, my burger, the new bacon rush, is 5.19, for a value size cheeseburger (1.19)same exact sandwich just add bacon. With fries and soda (large). Anywho the burger was cold, the cheese still cold from refridgeration, and LOADED with Ketchup and Onions. Tasted like yesterday's sandwich.
