My daughter and 4 friends were dropped off here to be picked up in 20 minutes after eating it was not even 15 minutes they weren't even done with there food they were asked to leave not being loud or disruptive the manager said they were there too long and lottering they were not finished with there food this is wrong the girls were all 14 years old and it was 15 degrees out this is a franchise owned mcds. A private owned subway right behind there a employee heard what happened and let the kids go over there. I will no longer go here and think about this if you want togo here I called and the manager he said it's there policy because bad Mechanicsville kids loyter my kid was eating and all her friends were eating too not just drinks meals.So think before doing business here.

I mostly visit for my coffee at the drive thru, which during the weekdays is great. Coffee is always made correctly and the staff are very friendly

This McDonalds is clean and they have very good employees. I have been satisfied each time i have gone there. I have gotten excellent service.

Service was fine the employees didn't seem to be to happy at the time though, there was very few people inside as most used the drive thru. The inside didn't look too bad at first until we tried to find seats and were met with spilled milk over the floor and disgusting tables. The table that we decided to sit at had fries covering the floor on one side. After a while we noticed a singular fry under an unoccupied table that was covered in ants. Overall visit was pretty gross 11/10

I visit all the time, and always have a very friendly experience. The tea is usually really good too. This time the staff couldn't care less that I was dissatisfied with the tea. 99% water and very little sugar. I exchanged three hoping to get better, but the crew was disturbed by me and so I left with tea that was poured out.
Like I said I usually love going out if my way to visit your mcdonalds, but this time was unusually bad.

Very nice people in drive-thru. Great coffee(my favorite) and good food served hot.

Stopped there after work tonight. Middle aged blonde with short hair in the drive thru window asked if I wanted to donate my change to the Ronald McDonald house. I said no thank you. She hands me back the $ and says its snarky tone..."thank you so much for your consideration." Gfy. Vote for Hilary, and like Obama I'll be paying fines for not having health insurance in a "free country" tool box. I have a son and I can barely afford to feed him. Sorry I'm not sorry for your hospitality.
