Terrible service and food. I love McDonalds but this location sucks. I went around 9PM and waited close to 20 minutes for my food (3 cars in front of me). Most of my fries were still under cooked. Not sure how that's possible. Then not even a I'm sorry for the wait or even a thanks. Tossed the bag at me and left. No napkins in the bag either. They need some help

I'm giving McDonald's a 3-star rating because that's what it deserves for the type of food service place that it is it's about average however there was a very nice young man who works here named Dominick who took our order and although it was complicated and we kept changing our minds he remained Pleasant polite thoughtful and got our order correct. This is an older McDonald's so don't expect double drive-thru or anything fancy.

People kept screwing up our order ,forgot half our meal ,and the fries we undercooked. Dont really recommend comming here. I'll come back when service improves. :(

I went through the drive thru and it was very fast. My food was hot. I would give this place 5 stars for service, however their hamburgers while hot are a little too thin. Maybe Wendy's next time.

Tired of fast food places running out of Coca-Cola and replacing it with diet. Like no one can tell. Some day someone will have an allergic reaction and die from it.

The food is consistently terrible . Sloppily made and there are often forgotten items for your order . I dont think the oil for the fryer is ever changed . Fries are oily and soggy. The chicken nuggets are frequently a dark brown color and served luke warm at best . The ice cream machine is broken more then its working . The wait for late night orders is 20 minutes on average just to place the order . For some reason the credit card machine never works on late night either . The only thing this place is consistent with is poor quality and service . This mcdonalds is in my neighborhood and I am forced drive to the state street mcdonalds instead .

The supervisor was picking her nose with her gloves on. Luckily she didn't pack my food. I wouldn't have eaten it. She did get my cup of water. Didn't drink it, I stayed thirsty. After discovering that my kids cheeseburger was just a hamburger. I went to ask for a new one.
Took me explaining the problem 5 TIMES to the cashier and she still was trying to charge me. I had to hold the burger in the air like a flag for her to notice.
She then told the same supervisor that I wanted a hamburger, much to the supervisors confusion because It had no cheese. Ok that's still within the realm of acceptibilty accept the supervisor tool the burger and with the same gloves that were all over and in her nose, on grab piece of cheese and plop it on the burger. Wow. Wont be going here anymore. I'll also be calling corporate about this.

This has got to one of the sorest McDonald's in the world. The service is about as slow as can possibly be. The staff might just be some of the rudest people I've ever crossed paths with and sadly when I go to a fast food place I expect all that but what I also expect is for my food to be made right, Now that is never the case at this McDonald's either something is always missing or it's just clearly wrong and it never fails.

First they forgot to put sausage on a SAUSAGE McGriddle , then they forget to put lettuce on me and my friends McChicken... like seriously ?! worst McDonalds ever guys!!

Over night manager and crew refused to give refund after sitting in line for 35 mins for my orange juice that came with my breakfast meal. Then continued to curse me out and slam window while waking away every time i tried to talk..

Cleaner, faster, and friendlier service, better than some of the one's on State Street.

Just an average experience here. No outdoor seating, the drive thru has always been good however, I think they only screwed up my order once in 20 visits.
