E Greenbush McDonalds is poorly run, rude staff, food is sub-par even for McDonalds standsrds and Manager is unengaged and doesnt care. They need new owners!

They almost always get my order wrong no matter what time of day that I go there. Worst part is that I am always by myself

The wait was long after paying for the food and then the fries were cold and way too salty.
Will try my best to avoid this McDonalds

I used to work at this place. Have never been back since. Miss the old one on 9&20. Would not recommend going to this one!

C.Donalds food is Ok! It should be the number one fast food place! The only thing I'm concerned about is the service in the drive throughs. It's good one day and 20 minutes long the next.

It's a McDonald's - if you are American, you know what to expect. A cheeseburger and fries that are tasty, but look nothing like the commercial or advertisement pictures.

They don't have a half star and that is for being open. So we had to go for a full star. Always, Always get your order wrong at the window. Inside is usually dirty tables. Most of the time employees are rude or arguing among themselves. Miss the old McDonald's on 9&20.
They need to clean up there act.

We ordered a simple meal of 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. We waited 10 minutes to get our food only for them to have gotten our order wrong. We then waited another 25 minutes for them to give us our correct order.

It would be one thing if they only staffed the place with High School students, but it is like they actively wanted to have a workforce that is trying to get fired. Order is always wrong, and either over cooked or under cooked. It will also take half an hour to come out.

Orders are rarely correct. I order my burgers without cheese and I have to play Russian Roulette to see if there's cheese. I usually lose. Today my husband got 16 nuggets instead of 20. It's incredibly inconsistent.

Staff just doesn't care they all yell at each other andswear in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Orders are always screwed up without fail. The manger atleast I think she's the manger always acts like you are inconveniencing her by asking for anything. Do not reccomend this mcdonalds

Slower than other McDonald's in the area, bit everything is usually put together better. It's worth the wait. Only downside is at night when there rebooting the computers .

It would be great if the employees cared for the customers and stayed off thier cell phones long enough to notice I had been standing there for over 5 minutes. Mind you this was one of the managers then she mumbled under her breath that she was not going to be taking f@#%*&^ orders for this guy all day long. Nice work McDonald's lucky I didn't have my three year old with me at that time!!!!!
