Polite and speedy service. One downfall was there must have been a breakdown in communication somewhere in back. My ma and I stopped for that crispy Buffalo chicken bacon sandwich. We're both allergic to blue cheese, so I ordered "Two crispy Buffalo chicken bacon sandwiches on an artist role. But could we replace the blue cheese with ranch please." They said yes and to pull up. Got home and sat down to eat we were happy to taste ranch and not blue cheese but something was missing... The Buffalo... To the crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich. Thank you for helping us avoid death by allergy though. That's a plus.

Make sure you check your order because if they mess it up, they won't even try to fix it. The morning manager is one of the rudest ladies I've ever spoken to and when trying to call back about the messed up order they will not answer the phone. This establishment just lost my business.

While not as slow as the East Greenbush location, where you wait 20 minutes between ordering and getting the food, it comes close at times. This place is almost always packed. There are several times a day the drive-thru is backing up onto Rt-5/Market Street. This causes massive traffic jams as people often wait to turn into the lot without leaving enough room for others to go around - or there's a larger vehicle, like a truck, that simply can't fit around regardless.

There always seems to be young teens hanging out here. Usually there's no trouble, but they tend to get loud. I can't speak for the play area as I don't have children so no need for me to be in there. But I can say I've experienced employees bringing their children to work and using the play area as child care while they work. Not really sure how to feel about this, but it could definitely be worse; at least they're not left home alone.

The food is your typical McDonald's food. Usually have no issue with service and the few times my order has been wrong it was corrected immediately. I mainly knock it for the excessively long drive-thru lines, as this effects me more often than not because I have to drive by here all the time, and the fact it seems to be the popular hang out spot for kids.

Great place for late night (or daytime) coffee and/or Food. I know its Just Mcdonalds, but the Drive thru is open 24Hrs, which is always helpful, especially if you work overnights or if your a night owl 🦉. It's a clean/friendly atmosphere where you can get quick low priced cafe type drinks and/or food.

Clientele left a lot to be desired! Who plucks their eye brows off completely at a table, and then moves to another?

And this particular restaurant doesn't carry the cinnamelt.

Play area dirty and disgusting. Staff asked by 3 different people to clean it, with no response. Asked shift manager the difference between a iced caramel macchiato and a iced mocha caramel she said she had no idea. Just total lack of any concern about anything by staff.

Foods always consistent and the dining area and bathrooms are clean. Fast foods finest

I have a 4-yr-old and they custom-made a Happy Meal for him at 7am when Happy Meals aren't even served. Thank you!

They were nice and friendly and recommended things on the menu. It's clean here but there is a bit of flies floating around lol so that's the reason for the 4 stars. The big thumbs up is the playground! It's clean and neat and it's indoors which I love!

The staff at this location go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. They even re opened the play place for us since we drove 25 min just to play here. Thanks for being there for me.
