When is this place going to give me what I order??!! Is it really that difficult to check the bag before giving it to me? Simple order.....two cheeseburgers and large fries! What do I get? It depends. Sometimes I'll receive a small fry, and two hamburgers with nothing on them! Sick and tired!

Very hit or miss. Food is sometimes cold. Burgers and fries need to served hot ALWAYS.

McDonald's food is always the same and that is good. This location, however, tends to be slow and, at least today, a little dirty. The people are nice tho, and that goes a long way.

Spent most of the time watching the manager and its employees goof around and play on their cell phones. Fries were cold and unsalted. Tables were not cleaned yet there was 4 employees including the manager playing around with nothing to do and I have never seen such Behavior by a team of McDonald's employees. I don't think I would come back to this one I would probably go back to the Halfmoon location.

I asked the girl at the register what specials do you have and she didn't understand me. The big Mac was cold and they gave me 1 sauce for 2 six piece nuggets.

Slowest place ever! Didn't know it took 20 minutes to get a few items. Also said they can't sub a sauce but any other mcdonalds does it with no charge. When was presented my food the fries were cold and the mac sauce on the burger was mustard colored and gross! Staff here barely said a word to me! never going back

Just left their drive-through 08/05 order #1426.

Asked for fries without salt. I could tell that they went from the basket right into my bag, most places toss it in their Salter but don't salt it.. but there's salt already in the Salter! Thanks so much for not doing this.

What made me write this review was how CRAZY GOOD the cheeseburgers tasted. I like a good 60-70% mustard the rest ketchup. Seemed like these were just the way I like em!

And also the sandwiches seemed like someone actually cares about ingredient placement and presentation. I didn't munch through a mound of minced onions in the center like other locations.

Whoever was on the grill tonight let me know when you're workin again so I can get it made right ! This is the McDonald's you want to stop at.

The staffing nice (I do drive through).

Since changeover of owners they have consistently stingy on the sauces. The sandwiches need sauce. Not a dribble but at least a tablespoon or two.

Plus salt your fries.

The food doesn't taste good without salt and sauce.

Don't ever apply here my friends applied and both were picked around by the manager, and most of the staff are rude and lazy

Busy. Unorganized when handing meals to customers. Poor customer service: asked for change in fives or tens, was told no by the cashier who handed a $20 back and then shut her drawer (with plent of fives in the drawer). Got the order wrong, too... Asked for sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins, got sausage mcmuffins.

Very slow. Food was decently warm. Save yourself and go to the one on route 9. Or basically anywhere but here

Its McDonald's. Not much to say. They like to hire people learning English. So if you want to be understood a different location is probably better.
