It's a great place the employee's r nice and friendly and if they mess up your order they are quick to fix it.

Showed up at 10 30 at night when they are supposed to be open till 11. Sat at drive through for a good 10 15 min no answer went to window with 6 other cars behind me watched them give the car in front of me food then as I pulled up got told they are closed cause they ran out of food. Absolutely unreal. They have done this numerous times. Itself that they really run out of food but they just want to go home and come up with some piss pore excuse as to why they close early. Not very good business ethics. Time to find some real shift supervisors or Change your hours sign on the door to open till whenever we want.

This is a view of the Hudson NY McDonalds from the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. This is the intersection of U.S. Rte 9 & Healy Blvd. There's also a Burger King at this corner.

Use to work there so I'm a little bias but I do have to say unlike the one in Hudson everything is fresh juicy and not dry the fries and chicken are top notch and guest service is expinential everyone knows each other and get along with customers, we even get customers from Texas, Michigan, Florida, Massachusetts, etc.

Very slow. And not just when busy. And if you don't check your order before you drive off..... You be mad at yourself 80 % of the time.

First bad experience at McDonald's in 10 years.
The cashier was not polite and had trouble taking orders. My wife had to repeat and explain what "whipped cream" is and she finally said "ah you mean whip cream". I guess she either did not do well in English class at elementary school 50 years ago or McDonald's did not provide enough training to employees.
At last she freaked out and manager came to take our order, without apology.
We left and went Dunkin' Donuts next door, where everyone there understood what whipped cream is.

Small town McDonald's always give the best service imho.

Great food always fresh just try to avoid during dinner or lunch rush as they tend to move very slow around those times.
