I work for this McDonald's so my opinion might be bias but it's usually very busy but if you're willing to wait you will get well put together food and if it's not right we will make it right that also being said we don't offer ANY refunds here and by ANY I mean ANY very strict policy

Probably one of the worst I have been to. Dining room is supposed to be open until 10pm but is always closed by 9. Staff was nice but I don't exactly like being lied to. My food that SHE said was "made to order" was cold, dry, disgusting and made me sick. Not going back. They don't even deserve one star.

I came here at 10:30 expecting there to be lunch i walk in they tell me no so i orded hashbrowns then these wonderful classy looki g hardworking african americans come in speaking in slang and they got lunch and were treated like god while i waited abiut 10 minutes to recieve hashbrowns i will not take this disrespect from low lifes

Never has a shake machine set up because they don't feel like cleaning it at end of shift. Layyyyyy Zeeee.

Honestly, you can't expect much when visiting a McDonald's- but this place is awful. It takes a half an hour + to get your order, and then it's wrong, and then they give serious attitude when you try to get your forgotten medium fry. the struggle is real here.

Left and went to Wendy's. Shake machine not working (as usual) and Sweet tea not made (as usual). Cashier was snotty and just walked out for a cigaretthe. I guess she was having the manager gather our order. When asked for a refund, the manager said he could add a couple of packets is sugar to unsweetened tea. Really? No thanks. Asked for a refund again and was given refund for drinks only. Had to ask several times and then demand a refund. Asked who the district manager is and was told to take the survey. With service like this, no wonder the place was empty.

One of the best McDonald's. This place has been here for a long time and they know what they're doing. Busy and clean. Not open 24/7

Best Mcdonalds in capital region! I went there last saturday night at a late drive thru and ordered a big mac and a large fry. Their fries at that particular mcdonalds absolutely blew me away. They were fresh, greesy and tastes amazing! Big mac was also amazing! I tried their M&M Mc Flurry and holy crap that blew me away also. Highly recommend coming back!

Fast and cheap. I only order breakfast and coffee. Staff is nice. Seems clean.

It's a McDonald's so there isn't much to say about the food. However, it is the slowest "fast food" restaurants I have ever visited. I live in the neighborhood so I have been here several times, at all different hours of the day and night, and it's always the same whether there are several customers or none. Plan on at least four to five minutes in the drive-thru lane if you go here.
