This place is great and what they do for military and first responders is great. Great staff, thank you to the young lady working there to come outside in the cold to take my picture I'm front of the Building.

Enjoyed visiting while on my run from Fort Worth TX to Boston and back. I stopped by in my 18 wheeler rig and got a tour of the shop while they were filming the show. Really friendly staff and will visit again. We enjoyed seeing some of the bikes from past shows. I recommend it to motorcycle fans!

The staff could have been nicer at the store. As a fan of the show I drove over there to get a couple of souvenirs and what not. They were saying welcome to everything one "else" I suppose because of tribal thinking? So I walked out of there and decided not to buy

Terrible service and food was average at best. Waitress messed up on several things and waited long time for appetizers. Was a big fan of the show but it is so random. Can be best described as a Chucky Cheese inside of a museum with a bar/restaurant.

The show might have gotten old towards the end. However I had a great experience with my dad here. We got to take a shop tour, see the bikes, had great food, and reasonably priced merchandise made the trip a great way to spend a vacation from work.

We have always stopped here everytime we go thru this area, probably will not stop again. Pulling in we noticed the grounds are not kept up. The food has definitely gone down hill. We had 2 cheeseburgers and a lemonade and the bill was $50. What happened? This place was a great place to visit???

Started out bad and then declined. Fly in my cocktail. No apology from owner/mater'd. One from floor mg. After 25 minute wait they told us there were no fried pickles for our appetizer. We ordered the potato boats. The bacon on the burger was hard enough to break your cap. Ordered it done medium and got it well done. The rib rolls were hard. The potato boats came and we tried them and stopped. Tasted like used oil. Only 10 people but took kitchen a very long time. Waitress was good. Floor manager took the appetizer, 1 drink and 25% off, so there was something. First time here. Last time here. Will not recommend. But the ff were almost okay.

Most of the time the food is ok. They do have great sweet potato fries.
I ordered a salmon dish. The salmon was inedible. Hard as a rock.
I quietly called the waiter over and told him about my salmon. He did offer to replace it, I refused as everyone else was done eating.,
I was quite taken back to see the salmon still on my bill. I was even more taken back to find out OCC Cafe includes the tip on invoice, (fine print)
Not only did I pay for a crappy dinner, I gave a $38 tip on a $92 receipt. Ouch!

We were there twice yesterday. We don't have a car and that was our only choice. The lunch was good. She we came back for dinner, we bought a salad that took a half hour. We got it to go. Got back to our hotel and there was no dressing. We were never asked about dressing, but really????? Salad was good, but service poor. ( Who doesn't serve appetizers for happy hour?)

High rated about 6 it was very cool seeing some of the motorcycles that were built on TV actually there.
But I really expected more it's not as big as I thought from seeing it from TV it wasn't as clean as I thought it should be the carpet was very dirty and needed vacuuming.
But the one cashier that was there when not on her cell phone texting she was very helpful.,
The inventory of the shirts I thought was lacking a lot especially being nationally recognized company.
But I have always wanted to see it for myself.
So! I went, I conquered, I left,

I'm a regular who has watched this place tank in the last 2 months with new owners/ management. The are always out of basic things. Even when not busy, the kitchen takes over 30 minutes to send out even simple orders. No body expos food or helps get the food out so it's cold and not cooked correctly. ( Over cooked) . On trivia nights they cancel trivia but continue to advertise they're having it. With the new management they try to not honor promised prizes to trivia winners. Once a great place, it looks like new corperation is trying to purposely ruin this place ( real bankruptcy) as some sort of shelter for the rest of their amusements corperation. The only shining star are their bartenders!.

What a great ride this family had with OC Choppers. They went from those small country shops where they made such great bikes to one of the most popular shows on TLC. I loved the bikes they made and even the family dynamics. It enabled them to build this beautiful edifice, which was a tourist destination of studio, machine shop, museum and gift shop with a pretty good BBQ bar and grill cafe thrown
