Food is good, customer service is awful. Went in for a fundraiser night and the shift supervisor, Liz, seemed irritated that their flyer said presenting an electronic version of it was acceptable. She rolled her eyes and said "whatever, just do it" to an employee. We did not feel welcome at all.

Ordered salad. No Romaine lettuce. Got to table, booth uncleaned. Carpet needed vacuuming. Numerous tables needed cleaning. Food was good.

The kiosk technology seems questionable, my pager never beeped and I got my latte in a to go cup rather than for here as I requested. Otherwise, helpful staff.

Along with their fresh, natural, and delicious foods, is their welcoming personalities, and comforting atmosphere! One of many positive attributes and added perks, is the fact that they welcome the Central New York Deaf Community, to enjoy their Friday gatherings at any of their several locations!

Panera has always had great food and I've been to many locations; however , this particular one is just plain awful especially with the drive-through!
I had a Panera card that had a redeemable reward on it and at the drive-through the girl who took my order said sorry there are no points on your card and cannot use your reward. The next day I went to a different Panera just to see what was on my card I did in fact have the reward which was used towards my order.
Please hire a more mature and experienced staff.

Foods pretty good. Hot sandwiches are not very consistent in quality/content, which sometimes lends them to be a bit bland. My biggest beef is with drive-through.
3 times in a row, there have been various mistakes. Missing items or being overcharged.
The most recent was latter.
After checking my receipt when pulling from drive-through, I was charged for an extra "Pick 2."
I stopped inside to talk to a supervisor. The first explanation was that I wasn't actually charged for one of the meal "See the NT? That means you weren't charged." She re-ran the total for me and it was of course different. It was the same total I was told originally. Then another 5 minute explanation regarding the taxable amount versus a subtotal. Eventually she said, " You know what? I'm not sure what's going on here."
Then the manager checked as well, discussed some item on the receipt and I was issued a refund.
Here's the other thing that didn't make sense. The total in error (with taxes) was $50.65, the correct total (with taxes) should have been $41.60. Simple math would have shown this as a $9.95 refund.
Can you guess how much I was refunded?

$5.65 because of taxes.
I left because I got sick of wasting my time. Get your act straight Panera.

So I work nights and it on my way home so when I get out late enough that it open I usually stop in, only once or twice a week. There is a young woman that works the drive thru window most weekdays at that time. After only my first visit she remembered me, and now it has gotten to the point that she recognizes my voice and my standard order. For me this is a bonus because it shows that they care about the customers.
while the other staff may not remember me they are always pleasant and my food is constantly good.
That being said I tend to find the prices a little higher than other places but the quality defenses the price.

The staff is the best. They are almost always polite and friendly. Food is great yet puzzlingly slow at times when there is barely anyone in the restaurant. Food creation is almost always consisteny and they have ability to order on the go (through app) and pickup without waiting on line! Awesome!
