It was great, until I found the hair in my soup....disgusting. Food preparation persons should have hair and beard nets on.... I'm sorry, but you've lost me as a customer, that's the deal breaker for me.

I ordered a large mac and cheese. It was NOT large. It was good, but was not very filling. They should give good portions if I'm paying $9 for a bowl of mad and cheese. Also, the brownie I got was stale.

Showed up to the drive-thru window , around 8pm tonight , my coworker and I came here for our lunch since we work nights . We asked if there was a light for the menu outside considering it's pitch black, I personally have never been here before or any Panera and could barely see the menu ... no reponse was made when I asked. I decided quick on the turkey apple sandwich - asked what was on the sandwich and said we will be also getting a seperate order for another " pick 2 " .. she explained there is a combo sauce which goes on mine, it's compared to a honey mustard - I can not eat dressing .. I do not eat any what-do-ever , she said not a problem! You can receive the sandwich dry. Cashier tells us the price as $20 and change we AGAIN explained we need separate orders.. when come to the next window , she handed us our bags , apologized for the separate order issue and we said totally fine, we paid separate ( I paid with a gift card from Christmas ) after racing back to work to finish the last 15 mins of my lunch and eat quick , I open my sandwich and it's covered in the combo sauce. I called, spoke to a " manager " who said they were unsure if they could credit my gift card back but to call again tomorrow and ask....

Not impressed by the first time ever being at a Panera. A picture was taken to prove myself if I can make it in there tomorrow.

I wouldn't of complained but after the customer service was poor AND I couldn't eat after it was $10.... why wouldn't I complain?

Excellent food & service. Dirtier than any Panera I've been in.

Stopped in for a fast soup and sandwich to go. Usually good, unfortunately not this time. I requested the Steak and White Chedder to be well done. It sure was fast enough, I questioned the time and asked if it was well done, they replied 'sure is'. Well it wasn't. .......Meat was pink and roll barely toasted. Why do they have to lie? Turns out the cashier, Nicole, did not get the request on the order, so it was a double fail. Think I will drive the extra few miles to Crossgates Commons location. They have yet to fail in 4 yrs.

The food tastes amazing. However, the prices for children's food is definitely high. $6+ for a PBJ and milk is ridiculous. $5.25 for 3/4c of macaroni and cheese? Seriously?! And kids don't always eat it all. So, it feels like I'm throwing money away every time I buy my child food here.

For adults, it's wonderful. I wish they were a little more reasonable about kids' meals.

Love Panera no matter where I am! Service is always great, servers are polited and if course I love the food...used to come every morning but now I love further away :(. Today I had the avocado chicken and chicken noodle soup. ..awesome! And I got a free pastry ring. ..yummy! Over all a total win!

The service is garbage. If you do not like working there you should quit and find a job that you may like more. Ordered a tea with lemons at the drive through with my meal, the girl taking the order didn't acknowledge this so I asked again at the window, she said ok. She had a terrible attitude, when she gave me my food, I asked if lemons was in the bag she sighed real loud, rolled her eyes, looked in the fridge and slammed the doors then walked off. It was ridiculous, when she came back she said she couldn't find any lemons. She started taking someone else order got mad about something and slammed her headset on the ground and stormed off. I just paid nearly 30 dollars for this meal. I could have went just about anywhere for that and been waited on with no problem. These people want 15 dollars an hour? Cmon, this location was a joke.

I usually enjoy going her, but the lady that cashed me out the last time I was there just had such a snobby attitude. Outside of that it's been great.

Their rapid pick up service is awful if you need to place an order more than an hour ahead of time (which you do if the order contains more than a certain number of items). It seems that when an order comes in, if it does not need to be made immediately, it is put aside. All in all, they screwed up 6 out of 8 rapid orders for our office. The staff is pleasant and apologetic and we've been compensated with extra baked goods, but it still wasn't a workable option for a busy office to stay on schedule. We switched to the delivery service and haven't had an issue since. Perfect every time, without the need to have someone correct it and delay our lunch time meetings. The $3 delivery fee is well spent!

Great pastries and bagels but the sandwichs have changed and are not as good as they used to be. Tired of being disappointed, not coming back.
