Panera Bread

I wouldn’t even give them a star. I asked for a different bread than what they gave me. They gave me no kale in my salad... which I asked for. They usually asked me if I want and apple, bread or chips. The guy didn’t even bother to ask. I waited for almost 20 minutes while they finished other orders... I’m extremely disappointed.

We stopped at this location en route home to Rochester. What a poor representation of Panera! They were obviously short staffed; I overheard grumbling employees complaining and it took us almost 20 min for 2 of us to get our food. And this was an off-peak time - 2:45pm! Very disappointing for a restaurant we count on for fresh food served promptly.

I am giving it 5 stars because I ordered catering and part of my order ended up missing. There was no discussion, the staff quickly apologized and ran the missing components of my order directly to my office. The food is always great at Panera but the customer service is what put them at the top for me. :-).

If it was possible to give -5 stars I would. Out of bread, out of bread bowls. Offer us something else instead and never bring it. By far the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. Probably not the best idea to stop there after 6pm. There is a very good chance that they will be out of whatever you order...

My husband is in the hospital and I can walk over and not have to leave to eat. Food is fresh, served fast and correctly. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly!

Panera has been one of my favorite quick stop spots since college. Consistently good food with healthy, yet tasty options. This location is clean and well kept. Our order was almost 100% correct. Will return.

Portions are strangely and consistently smaller than other paneras.

Always busy. Convenient location right near the hospital. Better than the hospital cafeteria.
