My daughter was thrilled I was taking her to Panera after school yesterday, it's her favorite place to eat. Unfortunately the woman at the drive thru window spoke to both of us in a manner which was quite rude. To make matters worse, when the order was ready, she simply shoved the bag into my hand without saying a single word. I was taken aback because the employees normally provide delicious food and excellent customer service which is why we love going! I immediately felt regret over spending my hard earned money there that day. I called and spoke with Dan the manager, who was professional and helpful. I appreciated his efforts looking into the matter because we eat there frequently. We will continue going to Panera because this was an isolated incident. Normally the employees are friendly and professional, but at least one employee needs a refresher course in customer service.

Love Panera Bread Co. The salads and soups and sandwiches and baked goods...well, basically everything, is delicious and creative and filling! The Autumn Squash soup i could bathe in! The only negative i would say about this location is the parking situation, you can never find a spot in their lot so you either have to park across the way or just go to the drive thru and take your food to go. Worth it thou because their food is killer!

The food was very good! Had soup and sandwich not sure what to expect,however, quite surprised on how good it was for the price! Around lunch time always crowded, parking is hard to find a spot near it, and along with the drive-thru could have been planned out better! But that said well worth the walk from car!

Food is always great. Love French onion soup in bread bowl.
Only complaint is parking lot way too small. Have to park much further away in mall parking lot. Not good when bring handicapped husband.

This new location is much cleaner and the staff are super friendly. The food is always consistently good. My only complaint is that the parking lot is way too small.

Food was very fresh, healthy, place was clean. Not crowded .the smoothie , blueberry, strawberry, kale,was amazing! Salad with chicken and strawberry yummy.

I had an amazing experience with Pandora today.. I ordered online for delivery and accidentally ordered for rapid pick up and spoke to a manager and latoya got the food to me within minutes.. and her customer service was phenomenal.

I've gone through the drive thru about 3-4 times only ordering french onion soup. After they forgot the croutons the first time, I made sure I asked when i ordered the second time - and they forgot. Not learning my lesson, I asked for croutons when i ordered the third time, then again at the window and they said they were in the bag - not in the bag. Repeat the same scenario the forth time. My bad - I should have learned my lesson. Won't go there ever again since the croutons is the best part of french onion soup!!!!

Britney- she made my day!! So helpful and so amazing. She's always willing to get each customer what they want. You can tell she cares. She honestly deserves a raise. I was so upset about one other worker here but then Britney calmed me down!! Seriously you're amazing. God bless you! I'll have to speak to your manager to tell him what a great job you're doing!!!

Beautiful newly built location. It is a wonderful improvement over the old spot next to Petco.
Only issue is the parking lot and the drink lid holder inside. Whoever designed both should be shot twice. Other than that, great food and awesome staff. A bit on the slow side though. Panera has a two minute or less pledge to get you food and they fail miserably. They consistently make your food clear from the screens so they look good to corporate, but in reality take at least 5 to 10 minutes.
