Would not recommend going here I ordered one of the Moreno simpler things on the menu a tomato and motzeralla flatbread and when it was delivered they had forgot to put the motzeralla on the sandwich

Easily the worst Panera in the Albany area. We visited this location twice, and used the self-order kiosks to customize our orders. However, when we were served, we saw that the staff had not customized our orders at all. This happened four times in a row, and it seems like it is the policy of this particular Panera Bread location to ignore the customization of orders. Hence, we will not visit this location again.

A MANAGER brought our food to someone else without knowing and all the tables are dirty, and the service is slow, bus bins are full, terrible location.

There food is great. Also the bagels in the morning.

Delicious food! Busy but makes sense with where it is. I loce to do the rapid pick up online ordering to skip the lines.

Good service, great food. The steel cut oatmeal with strawberries is great, especially with a smoothie and a bagel.

is a fine place and accessible deli... a perfect combination that is difficult to find in a place to eat and hang out...👍👍

Panera used twice as many bags as needed... I hug trees and this makes me unhappy

It's a nice touch when they bring you your food rather than getting it when your buzzer rings

The coffee is always empty. I've been coming here for years, and this place has really gone down hill over the last year or so. They never bother to brew fresh coffee now. The last 5 visits I have had to ask for coffee. They have also gotten my food order wrong a number of times. I've mentioned it to management and clearly nothing has been done. I'm going to have to find another place. Too bad.

I've been to many different panera locations and I've never once had a problem with any of them, until I came to this one. I was called up to the register and you could clearly tell the employee didn't want to be there (didn't hold that against her, I get it sometimes you are just having a bad day). I ordered a pain and before I could finish stating what I wanted she gave me my total, I added a soup and she gave me yet another total without even asking if there was anything else. BEFORE I paid I asked if there was a drink on there. She huffed and rolled her eyes and rudely said she would just give me one. By this time I was tired of her rudeness and told her that I have no problem paying for it she just didn't give me the chance to ask for one and it was rude. There were 4 other employees nearby with the same attitude. As I was paying someone came out of the kitchen and said they were out of the bread that my panini is on. The employee told her to just put it on a different kind that "I wouldn't mind". I had to remind her that I was standing right in front of her. Then I waitem 20 minutes for a panini and soup for the person handing me my food to say "you're supposed to be at a table". I had to inform her that everyone is too busy being rude to inform people of that. Needless to say, I will never be coming back to this particular panera.
