I got pissed today. I usually don't complain about restaurants. My girlfriend and I ordered some soup. She requested multi grain roll which she received . After a few bites she complained that it was a hard roll. So I felt it withy fingers and it was hard rock. So I pick it up and take it to the pick up section. I asked the guy if they have any other multi grain rolls that are not stale. He shuts me down right away as the manager just runs away from the spot. It's not a big deal it's just a stale roll but would I come back for this again? If I was the manager I would have asked if the customer wanted a slightly heated roll. It would have soften up the baked good. That's just me.

Had a breakfast not the best but it's ok. My only complain . A tiny sandwich for $5 it it won't fill you up. Otherwise a good service

Great fast and friendly service and great food! Try the lemon drop cookie and thank me later! You can skip the line and order online, through the app, or at one of the kiosks in store.

Arrived there few mins ago cashier was not so friendly we did not pay that much attention we placed our order and they finished two customers a head of us when we raised concern after servicing the second customer we were told their order is more simpler than ours !! So they are allowed to bypass customers waiting for their food because others who came after has a simpler order plus the person who was preparing the food had no head cover first and last time going there

I had one bad experience here and that was enough for me!! They gave me a Caesar salad that had boiled chicken in it, instead of the proper grilled chicken straps you get in other places, YUCK!!
They weren't even stripes of chicken, they were just little torn pieces, PATHETIC!! The coffee is very good, stick with that.

kind and multilingual staff. Great service with a smile. Good food, good choice. Great place to grab a bit in a hurry. Clean and inviting. Quick service.

Healthy tasty food. You have to order it and then go.to the counter to pick it up. No waiter service. You'll need to search for a table at busy times.
Unfortunately counter staff not familiar with the menu and orders can come out wrong. Staff does not clean tables regularly and restaurant needs an upgrade.

Food is good. This Panera has pretty blah staff most times, aren't friendly or helpful. Communicating with some is a challenge. Three occasions it took 3 different staff to understand my simple question. Panera used to be much better

Went here for a soup. Line moves quick. Limited seating for the volume of people.

Not my favorite location. I always have problems with my rapid pick up orders. One time, they didn't have what I ordered in stock, rather than call me I waited for additional 20mins after the estimated pick up window, and no one said anything to me or called me, that I approached the manager and he said he's just going to refund me. Another time, I ordered the bbq chicken salad, when I got to the office (5mins away), most of the lettuce was black and gross.
