Always consitant with food and portions. Clean looking, it's quiet and comfortable at night when we eat there.

Best Panera Bread on L.I. Great Customer Service! I work at a medical facility across the street and the always have my online order made on time everyday. They also great you when you come in. Great place to come and grab food.

Very cozy place to have a meal with a friend or the whole family. Great for groups and working lunch.

Had avocado melt s/w in downtown of New York and Jericho

But NY was awesome but Jericho is not that great. May be folks who are making is not well trained

I come here to study sometimes. The seating is cozy and is a great place to come and relax over a cup of coffee. In fact for under $3 you can drink coffee in store with unlimited refills, which I think is the biggest draw for students like myself needing to study. I've had the ceasar salad too and while tasty I would say the portion size is on the smaller side. Still I give 4 stars for the ambience, comfortable seating, unlimited coffee for less than $3, and wide ranging food selection.

I had a terrible experience at Panera Bread. The coffee at 520 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, NY 11501, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Panera Bread managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
