The water for the tea is cold and not been changed for 4 hours and most of the time it's empty the worker sits and does nothing got to dun'kin donuts and have hot tea

Very popular Panera with at times tough parking up front but with a big parking lot overall in the shopping plaza area. Food is accurate and inside is clean. Overall nice experience.

Good food, excellent service, very clean, just wish they were affiliated with ubereats. I think if they had delivery, Panera would be perfect!

1:24pm 8/29/17
Came here for lunch and i gave my order to the manager on duty which game me a bad service... he looked at me and was not polite at all; not even ask me if i want the bread, apple or chips. He wasnt happy and add.on his own bread; i told him that i want chips amd gave me a look like he doesnt want me to eat in there..
I have 4 stars because the lady who served my food was fantastic. Great customer service and food its always good at panera..

Went in like I've done many times before when I saw the person at counter wipe his mouth w/his hand and then went for my slice.
When I stopped him asked him to wash hands. Owner said he's a young boy he don't know, told him wash your hands. Went back to work.
He dipped his fingers in water drying fingers on his clothes.
Told them keep food and left.

It okay. A little too expensive for soup in my opinion, and im surprised that they have so few options for soup. How bout lentil? Veggie soup? Minestrone? Maybe clam chowder? Lobster bisque???? After trying the same soups over and over, it gets really boring to eat here, not interested in going back.

This place gets packed quickly so try to order ahead of time using the app or online. There are no ipad kiosks to place an order instead of waiting on the line. There are a good number of outlets here for laptops. I love their iced green tea and the autumn squash soup. It's definitely worth it to become a panera loyalty member- you get one free pastry every year on your birthday, redeemable for about 3 weeks after your birth date; and once in a while after about 6 visits you receive a reward on your account.

My experience here at this Panera is always a good one. To the amazing food and phenomenal service, I am not surprised I get so much work done as I am feeding myslef food I know I can trust. On top of all that, a very quick shout out to Alexa and Nica for going above and beyond. If anyone ever gets the chance of getting served by them, you will know what I am talking about. But great workers are only accompanied by AMAZING MANAGEMENT! You don't believe me? Go for yourself and go feel welcomed from the moment you step in.

Food is great wait is usually not long and staff is always pleasant.
